  • Featuring mechanical and hydraulic diaphragm designs, this line of diaphragm pump offers zero-leakage transport with patented double-PTFE diaphragm assemblies and real-time rupture monitoring, ensuring safe handling of corrosive, viscous, volatile, flammable and toxic liquids. These pumps are ideal for chemical processing, petrochemical injection, wastewater treatment, oilfield polymer/water solid-liquid separation feed, and high pressure cleaning applications requiring leak-free operation with high metering accuracy (±0.5% to ±2%).


    Flow range: 10 L/h for DP-series; up to 11900 L/h for double-headed series

    Max discharge pressure: 1.2 MPa for DP-series mechanical diaphragm pumps. High pressure double-headed models available up to 11000 L/h with corresponding pressure ratings

    Temperature range: Standard -20ºc - 150ºc (depending on diaphragm material); PTFE ≤80ºc; PVC ≤40ºc; EPDM up to 105ºc; PTFE compound up to 130ºc

    Design according: API 674, API 675

    End connection type: Flanged (DN15 PN1.6MPa to DN40 PN1.6MPa); threaded connections; pipe diameters 20mm to 50mm
